Product Introduction
The dry powder mortar storage tank consists of two parts: the back tank and the mortar mixer. The storage tank is composed of the tank body, feeding pipe, anti-segregation device, dust collection system, exhaust pipe, manhole cover system, weighing material level, back tank device, and material balance device, etc. The mortar mixer is composed of feeding and stirring, water addition and electrical control system. When in use, first transport the sand storage tank to the construction site. Then, the mortar transport vehicle conveys it to the interior by pneumatic force. Connect the power supply to the mortar mixer and connect the water source at the water inlet. Press the start button to start production.
Advantages of using mortar tanks
It can effectively replace on-site manual mixing machinery and save labor.
2. The fully functional and highly efficient dry-mixed mortar storage tank integrates functions such as inventory measurement and display, automatic water addition and stirring, automatic discharge, on-site stirring, and GPS remote monitoring. It can achieve immediate use of mortar after mixing, thus saving construction time and reducing the waste of mortar materials. It can also prevent the piling up of mortar on the construction site, effectively improving the hygiene conditions of construction, reducing environmental pollution and enhancing the level of civilized construction.
3. The mortar tank occupies a small area and does not require a dedicated storage place.
4. Mix the mortar evenly to enhance the product advantages of the ready-mixed mortar. The construction site can freely control the mixing time according to the type of mortar, avoiding hollowing and cracking caused by poor sand mixing, improving the construction quality and efficiency of the site, and fully demonstrating the performance advantages of dry-mixed mortar.
5. High stirring efficiency and fast discharge speed. Each tank can mix 600 liters of mortar (referring to the mortar after compaction). When the mixing drum rotates, the internal mixing blades thoroughly mix the mortar up and down and along the axial direction. The mixing takes 2 minutes to achieve uniform mortar, with a discharge rate of 180 liters per minute, meeting the construction requirements of the site.
Equipment usage methods and precautions
Before starting up and running, please check whether the power supply voltage, water connection, as well as all wires, cables, plugs, electrical appliances, water supply pipes and safety devices are in good condition.
2. After each day's use or when the machine is shut down for more than half an hour, the mixer must be cleaned. Use a nozzle to wash the inner wall of the mixer cylinder and the discharge port part to prevent the mortar from solidifying and causing inconvenience for the next use.
3. After each week's use, the feeding screw's discharge port must be cleaned thoroughly to prevent blockage and motor burnout during discharge. When not in use for a long time, the butterfly valve should be closed to empty the remaining material in the inclined screw.
4. In winter, to prevent freezing, please empty the water supply system to avoid damaging the machine due to freezing.
5. When mortar solidifies inside the mixing drum, please open the cover plate of the mixing drum for cleaning. Do not force the motor to start to avoid overloading and burning out the motor.
6. For the sealing parts at both ends of the equipment, grease must be injected once a week. For the other parts that need lubrication, please inject grease through the grease nipple once a month to facilitate the operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
The foundation of the silo should be constructed in accordance with the standard drawings to prevent accidents. When the silo needs to be moved on the construction site, to prevent the segregation of mortar, it is recommended to move it in a state of 1-2 tons of surplus material.
8. The weight of this equipment is displayed as process weighing and cannot be used as the basis for settlement.
