Product Introduction

Dry-mixed ordinary waterproof mortar is a type of dry-mixed mortar used for anti-seepage and waterproof parts. This product is a powerful cement-based aqueous solution formulated with fatty acids as the main component and multiple modifiers and chemical additives. It can react with calcium hydroxide precipitated during the cement hydration reaction to form hydrophobic substances. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, has no corrosive effect on steel bars, and has no impact on the stability and durability of mortar. It features water resistance, water reduction, early strength, and crack resistance. It has impermeability and is used for basements or waterproof interfaces with various impermeability grade requirements.

Product performance

It has a dense structure, is breathable but not water-permeable. High strength, short curing period, no need for additional protective leveling layers, reduced load, fast construction, and short construction period. Strong adhesion, stable volume, low shrinkage, crack prevention, strong anti-permeability, long-term water immersion odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable, environmentally friendly (applicable to food industry and drinking water pools), resistant to high and low temperatures, freeze-thaw resistance, after construction on the water-facing side of underground projects, it can be directly backfilled with sand and soil without a protective wall, and tiles, mosaics and decorative panels can be directly pasted on the waterproof plastering mortar surface layer It can be applied on damp substrates. Just add water and it's ready to use. The construction is simple and fast, and the quality is stable. It has excellent aging resistance and is permanently waterproof. It has a high water pressure resistance and can withstand high water pressure for a long time.

Usage method

The construction methods of plastering mortar can be spraying or coating. According to different base surface conditions, the appropriate construction method should be selected.

Base surface treatment: The base surface must be solid, free of dust, grease and loose materials. For dry surfaces with a high water absorption rate, they should be moistened with water first. Put the plastering mortar and clean water into the mixer in proportion and stir thoroughly. The stirring time should be no less than 3 to 5 minutes. It can be applied by spraying or by hand

This product can complete leveling, plastering and waterproofing in one go. The thick layer can be formed in one go from 10mm to 20mm according to the construction requirements, specifications and design

Storage: Dry powder ordinary waterproof mortar should be stored in a dry environment. The product's shelf life is 3 months
