Product Introduction
Anti-cracking mortar is made by mechanically mixing cement, quartz sand, polymer binder and various additives evenly. It is mainly used as an anti-cracking protective layer outside the insulation layer and is also known as polymer plastering anti-cracking mortar. Polymer anti-cracking mortar is an ideal material for anti-cracking in the plastering of glass microsphere insulation layers and polystyrene particle insulation layers. The role of anti-cracking mortar in the insulation system is very important, and its quality directly affects the usage effect and service life of the entire insulation system.
Product features
1. This product features strong adhesion, crack resistance, water resistance, frost resistance, and high sun protection performance. 2. It is labor-saving, time-saving, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
3. It can effectively solve common building quality problems such as cracking, hollowing and peeling of ordinary cement mortar bases and coatings used on building exterior walls.
4. This product is flame-retardant, non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly.
5. Good workability, easy to apply and spread, no curling or dryness.
6. It is waterproof, has good alkali resistance and long-lasting heat preservation and retarding properties.
Construction method
The on-site construction of anti-cracking mortar does not require the addition of any admixtures. The water-solid ratio and plastering time should be strictly controlled.
2. For base layers with strong water absorption or overly dry surfaces, a coat of primer should be applied first or a small amount of water should be sprayed to moisten them before construction. 3. During transportation, attention should be paid to moisture-proofing, rain-proofing and sun exposure.
4. During storage, anti-crack mortar should be kept in a dry and well-ventilated place to avoid moisture.
5. When using anti-crack mortar, do not prepare too much at one time. The amount should be determined based on the construction quantity. If it forms lumps after use, it cannot be used any longer.
6. The construction and storage temperature should be above 5 ° C.
After each construction is completed, the construction tools and mixing equipment should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid affecting their use next time.
Construction Guidelines
The proportion of ingredients: The anti-cracking mortar for plastering should be mixed in proportion (powder: water =1:0.35) with a mixer. The mixing time should be about 3 minutes. Adjust to the appropriate consistency, let it stand for 5 minutes and then mix again for better results.
After the anti-cracking mortar for plastering is prepared in one go, no water should be added at will during use. It should be used up within 2 hours
Construction method: Apply a 3-5mm thick anti-crack plastering mortar on the insulation layer or leveling layer. Use a trowel to roll and press the mesh fabric into the anti-crack mortar. The overlapping areas should be fully covered with mortar. The grid cloth should be exposed but not completely.
Storage: Dry powder anti-cracking mortar must be stored in a dry environment. The product's shelf life is 3 months
