Product Introduction
Dry powder floor sand coating is a dry mud sand coating used for floor and surface leveling layers. It is a new type of dry-mixed mortar developed by our company in combination with the domestic construction technology level.
Product performance
Just add water and stir for construction. It is simple and easy to use: it has high compressive strength, compressive resistance, shrinkage, and excellent adhesion (when used with interface agents). The area can be applied quickly. Dry powder floor mortar, with excellent fluidity, compressive strength and impermeability, can form a flat floor through simple damage leveling construction. It is a floor anti-impact functional mortar that can be directly bonded to the floor structure. This is suitable for new construction and maintenance ground projects, as well as primary anti-seepage and waterproof flooring for residential or commercial buildings. It can be covered with floor tiles, rubber flooring, wood and carpets, etc.
Usage method
The surface of the base material should be clean and firm. All loose substances that affect the bonding performance, such as dust, grease and particles, should be removed from the surface of the blocks.
2. Before construction, the blocks must be pre-moistened and there must be no standing water on the surface before construction can proceed.
3. The water used for mixing dry powder and grinding must be clean water. The prepared slurry should be used up within 3 hours.
4. Do not soak dry or wet materials in water
5. Use a sawtooth trowel to fill the masonry mortar and apply it to the flip surface of the blocks. A construction thickness of 6mm to 12mm is sufficient.
After the masonry of the blocks is completed, the excess slurry on the surface of the blocks should be removed immediately
7. The product can harden at room temperature. Generally, no water curing is required for indoor construction. However, in high-temperature and dry weather, water curing is needed to ensure the stability of strength.
Storage: Dry powder floor mortar must be stored in a dry environment. The product's shelf life is 3 months
